SYNTH_PRODUCTIONS / LEGAL ARCHIVE
Privacy Policy
Our privacy promise
Klyraxis is a single-player game. Core gameplay has no developer-operated analytics, account system, cloud save, social features, or tracking profile. Flight progress and settings remain on your device. Monetization-enabled Internal testing builds can use Google Play Billing, Google's User Messaging Platform, and Google's official test advertisements to test a permanent full-game unlock and an optional rewarded revive. Production advertising remains disabled until the live ad configuration and required privacy controls are reviewed. Purchase testing must use a Play license tester; Internal-track membership alone does not guarantee that a transaction is free.
Information stored on your device
The game saves progress, high scores, settings, flight records, salvage, equipment, upgrades, and achievements in app-private storage. Monetization test builds may also store the last entitlement status and verification time, whether the Level 10 unlock notice was shown, and whether the one rewarded revive for a run was used. Local status alone is not proof of ownership. Synth_Productions does not currently operate a gameplay account, cloud save, or developer-operated gameplay analytics service.

Advertising data
Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share IP-address-derived general location, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes. Removing the Android advertising ID does not prevent every form of Google SDK processing. Google handles this information under its own privacy terms. Synth_Productions does not receive a player-level advertising feed or combine ad data with gameplay saves.
This Internal configuration requests only Google's clearly labeled test ads, disables ad personalization, and applies reviewed teen age-restricted settings. An ad never starts automatically. A player may choose a rewarded ad after dying for one revive during that run; closing, skipping, or failing an ad does not award the revive. End Run remains available. No banner, interstitial, app-open, or forced advertisement is part of this model.
Purchases
Google Play processes the payment, account, price, tax, and payment method. The app receives product details, localized price, purchase state, purchase token, acknowledgement state, and ownership information needed to complete or restore the full-game unlock. Pending purchases do not unlock Level 11 or later content until Google reports them as purchased.
Monetization-enabled release builds send the package name, product identifier, and Google Play purchase token to the Klyraxis verification service. The service checks the token directly with Google Play and attempts to acknowledge a valid purchase. It does not store the raw purchase token. It stores a SHA-256 token digest, product and package identifiers, purchase and acknowledgement states, test-purchase status, verification times, and any revocation time so ownership can be restored and refunds or cancellations can be honored. Authenticated Google Play realtime notifications are deduplicated by message identifier and recorded with limited processing metadata. Short-lived, keyed pseudonymous network values may be retained for up to 24 hours to rate-limit abuse; raw IP addresses are not written to the entitlement ledger.
Permissions and network access
Art, music, core gameplay, and local saves are bundled with the app. Monetization builds use internet access for Google ads, consent or privacy messaging, Play purchase status, secure purchase verification, acknowledgement, restoration, and cancellation reconciliation. They do not use the network for developer gameplay analytics, accounts, cloud saves, multiplayer, or uploading local gameplay records.
Privacy choices
When Google reports that privacy options are required, the game exposes AD PRIVACY OPTIONS in Settings. The full-game unlock can be purchased or restored through Google Play. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local game and monetization-status data; an owned unlock can be restored from the applicable Play account. Google's retention and deletion practices are governed by Google's privacy policy and account controls.
Voluntary support messages
If you email support, your email provider sends us your address, message, and anything you include. We use it only to answer, diagnose a problem, protect the game or players, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. Messages are retained only as reasonably necessary; you may request deletion unless the law requires retention.
Children's and teen privacy
Klyraxis's declared target audience is ages 13-15. People in that range may be treated as children under the laws of some locations. The game does not ask for a birth date or create player accounts. Internal ad testing uses age-restricted, non-personalized treatment. A rewarded-ad option will be unavailable wherever the required age or consent treatment has not been established. We will reassess the audience, Families requirements, consent, and advertising configuration before any broader release.
Google Play and Google privacy
Google may process information when you install, update, view a test ad, make or restore a purchase, or use Google privacy messaging. Synth_Productions does not receive your Google account credentials. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy and Google's explanation of information used from apps that use Google services.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy and the relevant Play declarations before changing from test to production ads, adding new data practices, or distributing monetization beyond its reviewed release scope.
